Fraudulent Credit Card Charges or Fraudulent Claims

All requests to negate charges are investigated by our technical department and legal department. If you make a fraudulent claim of unauthorized card usage, we will report this to the credit card services. This report may result in cancellation of your card services, put negative information on your credit report, and create possible criminal charges that may be filed against you. Contacting Company.

Refund Policy

You, the member, may cancel this agreement, within 5 Days from your initial subscription date without penalty or obligation.

To cancel your subscription, send a support request with subject 'Cancel Membership/Remove Profile'. To ensure your refund is not delayed, please include:

a) Your request for a refund/cansel membership;
b) The reason(s) for your refund/cansel membership request;
c) Your BridesService.com Nickname and email address.

Refunds will only be given for Credit/Debit Card.

We will REFUND THE FULL AMOUNT of your subscription unless:

1) This is NOT the first time you have subscribed to our service.
2) You have been a registered member on our site for more than 30 days prior to subscribing.
3) You cancel your subscription agreement after the first 5 Days of your subscription period.
4) Your purchased subscription period was less than one month in duration.
5) Your recurring subscription payment has been processed and we did not receive a cancellation request prior to processing.
6) You are 3 days VIP trial member.

Each individual is entitled to a maximum of ONE refund only - regardless of how many accounts they hold or have held.

You may resign at any time. When you remove your profile, your billing stops immediately, and no new charges will be billed to you unless you re-instate your subscription agreement. However, if you resign after the first 5 Days of an initial subscription term, you will not receive a refund for any days remaining in your subscription. You (or your estate) will not receive a refund for any days remaining in a subscription unless:

1) you resign within 5 Days of your initial term;
2) you become disabled before the end of your subscription period (such that you are unable to use the services of BridesService.com); or
3) you die before the end of your subscription period.
